We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every guitar we build. That’s why all of our instruments are covered by a 3-Year Warranty from the date of delivery.
If you experience any issues that fall under our warranty terms, we’ll repair or replace the item — free of charge.
✅ What’s covered under warranty?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, including:
Faulty hardware (tuners, bridges, pots, etc.)
Structural issues related to the build (bracing, neck joints, etc.)
Finish issues caused by defective application
Electronic faults due to poor installation or faulty components (on builds with pickups)
If any of the above issues arise, please [contact us] as soon as possible with a description of the fault and photos if available.
❌ What’s not covered?
Our warranty does not cover:
General wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect
Fret wear or string-related maintenance
Exposure to excessive heat, cold, moisture, or humidity
Modifications or repairs not carried out by us
Setup adjustments (e.g. action, truss rod, intonation)
Please note: Wood is a natural material that responds to environmental conditions. Cracks, warping, or finish checking caused by improper storage or care are not considered defects.
🔧 Do you offer repairs?
Yes — even if your issue isn’t covered under warranty, we can usually help. We offer paid repair services for:
Cosmetic touch-ups
Structural repairs
Electronics upgrades or rewiring
Fretwork, nut/saddle replacement, and more
Repair costs will vary depending on the nature of the work, and we’ll always provide a quote before starting.
đźšš What if I need to return a guitar for repair?
If we need to inspect or repair your guitar, we’ll guide you through securely packing and sending it back to us. Return shipping costs for warranty repairs are typically shared:
Within the UK: We’ll cover return shipping to you after the repair
Outside the UK: We may ask you to cover part of the shipping cost — we’ll confirm this during the process
We recommend holding onto your original case and packaging where possible to protect your guitar during transit.
