If you're having trouble installing your game on your PS5, try the steps below:
1. Check your storage space
Go to Settings > Storage and make sure you have enough free space for the game. If you're low on space, try deleting unused games or apps.
2. Restart your console
A simple restart can often resolve temporary issues. Hold the PS5 power button and choose Restart PS5.
3. Clean the game disc (if using one)
If you're installing from a disc, make sure it’s clean and free of scratches.
4. Check for system updates
Go to Settings > System > System Software > System Software Update and Settings and install any available updates.
5. Try reinstalling the game
Cancel the install and try again. If it's a digital download, you can redownload it from your library.
